We understand that plans can change. Below is our policy for order cancellations.
Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Because we process and prepare orders promptly, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@covlary.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Your reason for cancellation (optional)
Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible and process your request accordingly.
Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, we are unable to cancel it in transit. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once received, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs in this scenario would be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
