Q: How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your item, and add it to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us at support@covlary.com within 12 hours of purchase if you need to make changes or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.

Q: Do I need to create an account to shop?

No. You can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save your information for a faster checkout experience in the future.

Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received this within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Q: What materials are your bags made from?

Our entire collection - including tote bags, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, mini bags, top handle bags, hobo bags, clutches, wallets, cosmetic pouches, and travel bags - is crafted from premium-quality leather, selected for its texture, durability, and natural character. Please refer to individual product pages for specific material details per style.

Q: Will my bag look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, natural leather may display slight variations in grain, tone, or texture - these are inherent characteristics of the material, not defects. Minor color differences due to screen settings are also possible.

Q: How do I care for my leather bag?

Keep your bag away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. Store it in its dust bag when not in use, and use a leather conditioner periodically to maintain its suppleness. Avoid overloading the bag beyond its intended capacity to preserve its shape.

Q: Is the leather ethically sourced?

We are committed to working with suppliers who adhere to responsible sourcing practices. Please contact us if you have specific questions about our materials.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which includes Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely.

Q: Is it safe to enter my payment details on your website?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and our payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store your full card details.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
