Our Quality Commitment

Each Covlary bag and accessory undergoes quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards for material integrity, stitching, hardware, and finish.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

If your Covlary product develops a manufacturing defect — such as stitching failure, hardware malfunction, or structural damage not caused by normal wear or misuse — within 6 months of the purchase date, we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement of the same or equivalent item (subject to availability)
  • A store credit
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect

What Is Not Covered

Our quality guarantee does not cover:

  • Natural aging, patina, or wear that develops over time (these are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage from exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme conditions
  • Cosmetic variation in leather grain, tone, or texture (inherent to natural leather)
  • Items modified or repaired by a third party

How to Make a Claim

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the affected area
