At Covlary, every order is handled with care and dispatched promptly so your new piece arrives in pristine condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and quality inspection before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@covlary.com.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Covlary is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@covlary.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched; however, we cannot guarantee changes once the item has shipped.
Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building reception
- Verifying the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

Damaged in Transit
Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, please photograph the packaging and the item upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@covlary.com. We will work swiftly to provide an appropriate resolution.
