At Covlary, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be intact
  • The item must not show signs of wear, scent, staining, or damage caused after delivery
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Items that show signs of use, have been altered, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@covlary.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Please do not send items back without first contacting our team, as we may not be able to process unrequested returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@covlary.com. We will check availability and guide you through the process. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
